Description

Poetry on the Road is a series of 2 hour events held throughout SD to help foster the creations & appreciation of poetry. The gatherings are supported by the SD State Poetry Society (SDSPS), the SD Humanities Council, & many local sponsors. This event is free & open to the public. Join us for poetry readings from the SD Poet Laureate, Bruce Roseland, & other SDSPS member poets. There will also be an open mic portion, where attendees can sign up to read their own original poems if they wish. All are welcome- to participate or just to listen.
