Guided Imagery & Creative Expression

Description

This offering begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by a guided imagery journey that invites participants to connect with their inner landscape through embodied awareness, visualization, imagination, and intuition. Following the journey, participants are invited into creative expression – writing, drawing, painting, etc. – to integrate and give form to what emerged. Time & space will be offered for optional sharing of your experience and/or creation. Art supplies will be provided. No artistic experience is needed. Participants leave feeling grounded, resourced, & connected, along with a tangible artistic creation and a self-care tool they can carry with them wherever they go.
