DESCRIPTION:This offering begins with a gentle warm-up\, followed by a guided imagery journey that invites participants to connect with their inner landscape through embodied awareness\, visualization\, imagination\, and intuition. Following the journey\, participants are invited into creative expression   writing\, drawing\, painting\, etc.   to integrate and give form to what emerged. Time & space will be offered for optional sharing of your experience and/or creation. Art supplies will be provided. No artistic experience is needed. Participants leave feeling grounded\, resourced\, & connected\, along with a tangible artistic creation and a self-care tool they can carry with them wherever they go.
