THURSDAY June 11 Mission in Action: Strategies for Planning, Executing, and Evaluating Effective Programs Who is this for? Nonprofit staff and leadership at all levels! Great programs don’t just happen, they’re created with thoughtful planning, clear execution, and evaluation. This interactive workshop walks nonprofit professionals through the entire program journey, from the initial idea all the way to measuring results, by using real-life examples and collaborative activities. Participants will engage in both individual and group exercises that help them apply practical strategies to their own programs. By working together and reflecting on real challenges, attendees will learn how to: Create clear, goal-aligned program plans Improve implementation with simple, effective processes Use data to evaluate impact and tell their program’s story Find ways to strengthen, sustain, and grow their work Use helpful tools and templates to boost program success The focus is on real-world application, so you’ll leave with practical next steps, ready-to-use resources, and greater confidence in running programs that make a meaningful, measurable difference.
