Sharon Kreitinger is the founder and CEO of AxysPoint Consulting Group and the current acting president. She runs the company in this role, working closely with the Advisory and Leadership teams on daily operations, client experience, retention, satisfaction, and growth. She has over 20 years of experience with multi-million-dollar project and change management initiatives, including managing mid to large cross-functional and multi-matrixed teams.

Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare, a Project Management Professional (PMP) trained by the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), and a Prosci Certified practitioner, Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.  Her experience spans enterprise project management offices, project delivery, red project recovery, organizational change management, crisis recovery, and M&A Consultation.
