Description
A classic yoga class in a very special setting. Feel calm and connected while joining breath to dynamic stretches and poses. Together we will journey toward strength, suppleness and balance for the body and the mind!
Taught by Micah Steffes and hosted at Rim Rock Lodge in Spearfish Canyon. $10 ($6/Class with 5 punch card)
