Description
The City of Deadwood Historic Preservation Office will be conducting a workshop for Realtors titled What You Need to Know When Dealing with Historic Properties. The workshop will be held in Deadwood on June 30, 2016, at the Homestake Adams Research and Cultural Center (HARCC) from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The fee for the workshop is $35 and all participants will receive 5 CEU credits; 2 required hours/ 3 elective hours with the South Dakota Real Estate Commission. Pre-registration is preferred, but not required. Registration forms are available on the City of Deadwood website at www.cityofdeadwood.com.
