Join us for a breakfast format of our Wisdom, Innovation, Networking (WIN) event at the Joy Center with spotlight speaker Kelly Kirk, Director of Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor Center in Lead, South Dakota. Leading the Change Highlighting women “leading the change,” the Women’s History Month theme for 2026 recognizes the ways in which women navigate the complexity of the challenges before them, seeking solutions and inspiring others to collaborate and continue to work towards meaningful change. This Women’s History Month, attendees will explore several stories of women who led change in Black Hills history and discover their lasting impact. In taking the time to pause and celebrate, participants will have the opportunity to reflect and reframe their own leadership stories.
