Description
Spring Wine Dinner at Roma's. Featuring wines for Columbia Valley, Washington State. There will be 5 wines and 4 courses for $60 per person. The welcome glass will be Acrobat Rose. The remaining 4 courses are as follows:
Appetizer: Gravel Bar Chardonnay with Spicy Thai Lettuce Wrap
Soup: Gravel Bar Red Blend with Aztec Black Bean Soup
Entrée Choices: Gravel Bar Cabernet
Smoked Duck Ravioli with wild mushroom cream sauce or
Herb Encrusted Steak Medallions with horseradish mashed potatoes and asparagus
Dessert: Gravel Bar Dry Riesling with Key Lime Canoli with Mango sauce
