The Importance of Being Earnest

Description

Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest is coming to The Matthews with crisp pacing, a stylish look, and laughs that land fast. This production keeps Wilde’s razor-sharp dialogue front and center, with active physical comedy, quick turns, and a cast built for speed and chemistry. Expect mistaken identities, secret engagements, and the kind of wit you quote on the way home. If you want a “name” comedy that’s pure fun and easy to bring friends to, this is the one.
