Join us on Monday, May 11th 1:30pm-2:45pm for Supporting Mental Health: Caring for Ourselves & Others. The loss of loved ones, loss of health, & loss of “life as we know it” challenge us as we move into our senior years. Explore beliefs & perceptions about mental health and the stigma surrounding it. Discuss how to be aware of those who need an ‘ear”. Be empowered to say something – “it takes a village”. Identify community resources for help. Explore self-care tools.
