Spooktacular Youth & Family Carnival - Friday, October 30th 5-8PM Games, Booths, Prizes, Candy, Fun & more! The Pavilion in the Spearfish City Park turns into a spooky and fun carnival for the whole family. $.50 cents per ticket. Most booths 1 to 2 tickets.
