At this event, we want to thank and celebrate the victories in the Northern Hills area over the past 7 years. We will also cast a vision for the future. There is a grassroots movement happening with powerful testimonials that demonstrate the importance of children in foster care having enough foster and adoptive families to meet their needs in our region. This year, our focus will be sharing these stories.
