Once a month, plan your second Sunday at the Matthews Opera House to escape the day to day hustle. Rest and enjoy the experience of the subtle energies of vibrational healing. Sessions may include light yogic warmups that are gentle and appropriate for all ages and abilities. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, a fuzzy blanket and any other props to support you as you settle into your most blissful state. Seating is also an option.
