This can lead to depression & anxiety resulting in mental distress. This one hour presentation explores your beliefs and perceptions about mental health and stigmas surrounding it. Participants will leave with empowering information and tools to help identify those who are in distress and connect them with help. Be a champion in tearing down the stigma around mental health! This Mental Health Awareness presentation uses the A.I.D. program (Awareness. Interaction. Direction.) and is brought to you by the Lawrence County Coalition Mental Health Awareness Team.
