“As a Chamber, we believe it is important that voters have an opportunity to know their elected leaders and cast an informed vote,” stated Melissa Barth, Executive Director. “Hosting candidate forums is a great opportunity to encourage voter participation.”
The date of South Dakota's General Election is November 8, 2016. Absentee voting begins September 23, with the voter registration deadline being October 24, 2016
