This week, Trish Jenkins and Jeremy Smith of Cycle Farms will be discussing cover crops. Cycle Farm is a small, diversified mixed vegetable farm located in the heart of Spearfish Valley. They grow over 40 different crop types and sell directly from the farm and to local restaurants. They are enthusiastic about building community and local resiliency through the food system using human-powered and regenerative farming practices.
