You’ve now interviewed your candidates and are ready to hire your first employee. But as all small business owners have experienced, you don’t know what you don’t know. Learn from industry experts Shelly Rose, Coeur Wharf, Jennifer Martini, Board of Directors of Black Hills SHRM, and Synova Nicolaisen, Black Hills HR Consulting about the danger zones when you have employees and how to find the resources you need to be compliant and follow industry best practices.
