On Monday evenings, GSC serves the eligible northern Black Hills residents (ages 19-64) or those who do not qualify for other health care programs (Medicare, Medicaid that includes the Children’s Health Insurance Program, Veteran’s Assistance or Indian Health Services) with grace and respect. The free medical clinic, located at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Spearfish, has provided quality health care services and vital resource information through more than 3100 patient visits and written over 4300 prescriptions in the last six years. GSC will be expanding its services in the Fall of 2015 to include an emergency dental program, which will be held on Monday nights in conjunction with the medical clinic.
