Description
The Department of Labor has released their highly anticipated final regulations for the overtime exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act. These regulations will change non only how some employees are paid, but in some situations how employers do business. It has been estimated that 4.2 million employees will be affected by the new regulations. Employers should be aware of final regulations.
