Deadwood History will host a Holiday Open House at the Days of ‘76 Museum on Saturday, December 3, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Children of all ages and their families are invited to join museum staff for a festive holiday event. The Holiday Open House includes free admission to the Days of ‘76 Museum, children’s cookie decorating, face painting, ornament making, great holiday gifts for family and friends, and family photos.  Santa Claus will be at the museum from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Refreshments will be served. The Days of ‘76 Museum is located at 18 Seventy Six Drive, Deadwood. 
 
The event is co-sponsored by the Deadwood Historic Preservation Commission, Deadwood History, Adams-Mastrovich Family Foundation, and Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises.
