The D.C. Booth Fish Hatchery Summer Celebration & Auction, formerly the Garden Party, starts at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the W.S. Tretheway Pavilion in Spearfish City Park. It includes a light meal catered by the Cheyenne Crossing, entertainment, live and silent auction, and more, with all proceeds supporting the D.C. Booth Historic National Fish Hatchery and Archives
