Your registration fee may be applied to a future event if you cancel at least seven days prior to an event, or you may give your registration to a colleague or associate. Any registration cancellations less than seven days prior to an event will not be applied to a future training. Description
In this virtual workshop, Jennifer S. Frank Esq. with the Lynn, Jackson law firm, will discuss a variety of human resource issues and employment laws impacting business owners during these continuing and uncertain times of COVID-19.
Ask yourself:
- As an employer, should I require my employees to get the COVID-19 vaccination? What if my employee refuses to comply?
- What should I do if my employee contracts COVID-19 at my workplace or needs to care for a family member with COVID-19?
- Does the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) still apply in 2021? Should I be offering my employees some form of paid sick leave or emergency family medical leave?
- What if I have to layoff, reduce hours or furlough an employee? Where does Reemployment Assistance come in?

Registered attendees will have an opportunity to submit questions to Jennifer by Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 5:00 pm MT. While there is no guarantee that your question will be answered, Jennifer will try to get to as many as she can. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions in the chat during the virtual event!
