Description
In this 90 minute presentation, Leah will help you understand the communication needs of all generations in the workforce. Learn more about perspectives of different generations, motivation and needs of different age groups, tips for communicating across generations, resolving conflict among employees, and talk through real issues facing employees. Registration fee is $15.
