Description
If you enjoy bicycling the Mickelson Trail and have an interest in Black Hills history, Sunday, October 2, 2016, is your chance to combine the two into one adventure. Professor Emeritus David Wolff will lead a Mickelson Trail History Ride. The tour will cover 12 miles, beginning and ending at the Kirk Trailhead. The History Ride is a fundraiser for the Case Library for Western Historical Studies at Black Hills State University
All participants must provide their own bicycle, water, snacks, and lunch. Bicycling experience and some conditioning are required
All of the proceeds, beyond trail admission, will be used to support the activities and scholarships of the Case Library
