Day 1 of 2 Who will take home bragging rights in the 8th Annual Spearfish Battle of the Badges? Join local first responders as they compete for donations and help strengthen the blood supply for patients who depend on transfusions every day. Bring a friend, roll up your sleeve, and support the team of your choice while making a difference for hospital patients. Every donation has the potential to help multiple patients, including accident victims, cancer patients, and individuals living with blood disorders.
