February Freeze 5K fun Walk/Run to kick-off National Cardiac Rehab week in Rapid City, SD. Registration on 2/14/16 at Rapid City Regional Hospital East/West Auditoriums at 10:30-11:45AM. Race begins at Noon. This is a Free event. Long sleeve t-shirts are available for purchase $20. T-shirts are on sale now at RCRH Cardiac Services 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday, Lobby sales at RCRH 1/26 & 1/27 11AM-1PM. shirts will also be available to purchase on race day (limited quantities). Event refreshments and door prizes after the race.
