DESCRIPTION:Be the first to register for the first annual Winter Solstice Festival at Inner Voice Studios! Join Kat Baum and 4 other regional sensations: Melissa Currier of Spearfish Yoga & Cycle\, Clarissa Thompson of Clarissa Mae Yoga\, Ashley Sanders of Arise Astrology & Alchemy\, and Robyn Melvin of Amber Sky Aerial Arts\, as they join their unique gifts in the realms of yoga & meditation\, music & sound\, astrology & energy work\, and then some. On Sunday\, December 18th\, from 10:00AM-3:30PM\, they will weave together a half-day retreat integrating the body\, mind\, and spirit to celebrate the reincarnation of the sun after the shortest day.\n\nWinter Solstice is when the new light is born out of the womb of winter. In alignment with its message of rebirth & renewal\, we will follow a path of sessions leading us to our own personal awakening. You will experience a Shamanic Sound Shower with Energy Work\, a Cacao Ceremony with Rhythmic Dance\, Yoga Nidra with Crystals\, Voice Activation with Live Music and Movement\, and an Ayurvedic Kapha-focused lunch to warm and ground to name a few.
