DESCRIPTION:Regional Health is hosting the 2nd Annual Spearfish Wellness Fair on Saturday\, April 14\, 2018\, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Spearfish Rec & Aquatics Center.\n\nThe Wellness Fair is open to all community members so that they can learn about the many services available to help them assess their health and reach their wellness goals.\n\nFREE Screenings\n\nFree screenings such as blood pressure checks\, heel scans for osteoporosis and limited skin checks will be offered at the fair. Discounted lab draws will be available at the fair\, as well as at all Regional Health facilities before the event.\n\nScreening tests facilitate early detection of the most common and treatable diseases such as diabetes\, cancer\, and heart disease conditions that may\, if not caught early\, cause major health problems in your middle or later years.\n\nGather Health Information and Have One-On-One Conversations\n\nWith over 30 booths from departments such as Orthopedic\, Dermatology\, Audiology\, Medical Imaging and more\, you don't want to miss your chance to have a face-to-face visit with a provider who can answer your questions or address concerns you might have.\n\nListen to the Experts\n\nOur providers will engage the audience on subjects such as osteoporosis\, acid reflux\, bariatrics\, skin cancer\, the same-day joint program and MyChart.\n\nHands-On Activities for the Whole Family\n\nOur booths are made to be an interactive learning experience for all ages. We have included past favorites such as the Spearfish Police Department along with new features such as a Food Demo from our Nutrition Specialists.\n\nWe welcome you to join us for this FREE event dedicated to helping you live well.
