DESCRIPTION:Northern Hills Coalition on Aging - Informational Meeting and Discussion\n\nAre you aging?  Do you know someone who is aging?  Do you want to improve the aging experience?  Aging IS changing our communities\, our families\, our work places.  The Northern Hills communities are rich in resources to assist our aging community.  Still there are gaps in services due to lack of knowledge\, lack of experience\, lack of accessibility\, and lack of connection.  As a group of involved citizens\, we are seeking to foster a grass roots effort to address the complex and unique challenges of our area in order to improve services for the current and future generations of all citizens in the Northern Hills.  This is about all of us - the Northern Hills Communities of South Dakota.  We need community input to effect community impact.  Please plan to engage with us to review our strengths\, assess our opportunities\, and organize to better support positive aging for all in our area.
