DESCRIPTION:Each month on the full moon from 7-9PM @ Inner Voice Studios\, Ashley Sanders of Arise Astrology & Alchemy will guide us through light movement\, meditation & mantra\, & connection w/ community\, as we use the built-up lunar energy to release into surrender\, gratitude\, & joy. Together we hope to invoke a sense of welcome & support as we all navigate our spiritual journey within. Each class will include an astrological breakdown of the energies at play\, offering something different and intentional to match these energies. In creating this space\, we can nurture our own connection within the collective Universal energy. We encourage you to wear something comfortable\, bring a yoga mat\, & an open mind & heart.\n\n\n\nJoin us as we come together in celebration\, but also to the commitment to become aware of what no longer fits or serves our journey forward and with intention\, letting it go. When one door closes\, another opens.
