SUMMARY:Hatchery Winter Photo Contest
DESCRIPTION:The event will take place from Dec 1   Feb 28. where participants will have that timeframe to capture UP TO THREE PHOTOS on the grounds of the historic fish hatchery.\n\n\n	There will be THREE CATEGORIES:\n\n	\n		Youth\n		Amateur\n		Professional\n	\n	\n	Awards will be given to the top 4 photographers in each division.\n	Winners will be announced in mid-November.\n	There will be no theme\, the only rule is the photo must be taken on the grounds of the DC Booth National Fish Hatchery during the Dec 1   Feb 28. timeframe.\n	Contestants will submit their photos to dcphotos@gmail.com with their name\, category/group\, and title of the image + the TWO forms below.\n	Contestants must agree to the consent and credit release. To be INCLUDED in photo submission email (BOTH FORMS).\n	There will be no entry fee.
