The VFW Post 5860 will host its first annual observance for Flag Day on the second Sunday in June. The program includes a recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance\, patriotic music including the singing of the National Anthem\, and a ceremonial flag retirement. Tables will be set up for a wonderful opportunity to learn about the history and importance of our Nation's flags. Refreshments will be available and boxes for worn flags will be set out.
